2017: Dr Adelino Cunha was the first Portuguese to be included in the list of the TOP 100 GLOBAL COACHING LEADERS, in an election involving 140 countries
Happy Boss
2016: Dr Adelino Cunha was elected Happy Boss 2016, an award also given to Comendador Nabeiro of the Delta Cafés Group and the President of the Republic of Portugal, Prof. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.

2020: Due to the pandemic, there was no ranking, but Solfut was elected one of the 15 happiest companies in Portugal for the sixth consecutive year.
